Shipping Policy

Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight. We do our best to accurately show shipping charges during checkout, in the event that we are not able to honor the price due to irregular packaging, size, weight or destination, we will reach out to you with new shipping charges via the contact information provided to us during the order. Once you approve of the new shipping charges, we will adjust the invoice and ship item as quickly as possible. If you refuse the additional charges and we have charged your card, we will refund 100% of the amount back to the card on file.

Please keep in mind:

  • Any item requiring truck/freight, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS).
  • International orders will be shipped duty and tax collect.
  • For Overnight Shipping and or 2nd Day Shipping (Monday through Friday deliveries) orders that the item or items may not be in stock, therefore, the item will ship once we receive it. 

Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement
